Job Summary

The Resource Assistant provides administrative and operational support to Resource Coordinators across Assets, Materials & Supplies (M&S), and/or Products. This role supports effective resource planning by tracking job schedules, coordinating equipment movements, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records in business systems. The Resource Assistant plays a key role in ensuring materials, assets, and logistics are aligned with upcoming operational needs while minimizing inventory levels.

Job Description

• Track job start and end dates in planning systems of record (e.g., FDP, IBP) to support scheduling and mobilization between rigs and service delivery locations.
• Perform data entry and updates in business systems and initiate notifications to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Liaise with Resource Coordinators and cross-functional teams to facilitate equipment movements and monitor lead times.
  
• Perform administrative tasks related to assets, products, M&S, rentals, and transportation, including physical and transactional activities within business systems (e.g., iBase requests, LCT, FLM, ESM, CMMS).
  
• Maintain required permits, insurance documentation, and transportation of dangerous goods paperwork.
  
• Support Resource Coordinators with asset activities and fixed asset reconciliation tasks.
  
• Conduct inventory of warehouse equipment and maintain accurate inventory records.
  
• Manage logistics operations, including loading and unloading of trucks.
  
• Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) as required.
  
• Safely lift items up to 50 lbs independently; heavier items require team or mechanical lifting assistance.

Skills Required

• Previous forklift experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus (training and certification can be provided if needed).
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Basic computer and office experience, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform administrative and operational tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Highschool diploma or GED

Additional Details

• Training provided
• Rotation: 14-day schedule (7 night shifts and 7 day shifts)
• Time Off: 6–7 days off between rotations
