What Will You Do?
🎉 Implement fun, personalized ABA strategies one-on-one in clients’ homes
📊 Collect and analyze progress data — celebrate those wins!
💬 Communicate effectively with team members and families
🚀 Participate in engaging staff meetings and training sessions
What Do You Need?
✔️ RBT certification preferred
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔️ Love working with children — babysitters, teachers, daycare heroes, students in psychology or related fields, this is YOUR moment!
✔️ Physical ability to assist clients when needed
✔️ Warm, friendly personality & great communication skills
